CV

Born in 2000 in Seoul, South Korea, Woojun Lee graduated from the Seoul Institute of the Arts with a major in Photography (2022). He works primarily in photography, based on observing and sensing the environment around him.

He explores the theme of an ‘illusory landscape,’ a world shaped by our past experiences, moments, and present sensations. His practice stems from a curiosity about our surroundings and a desire to trace the roots of where we come from.

Woojun Lee has participated in multiple exhibitions in Seoul, South Korea, including five solo shows. He completed an artist residency at the Chungju Cultural Foundation in South Korea (2025) and is currently participating in an artist residency program at MORA in Monterrey.
